QA/QC Introduction
The production of DISMY PP-R pipe system is on the base of ISO 9001 quality system. The system control includes:1.quality test and control of row material and part
2.in-process control and test
3.process control
4.inspection and test for final product
As to test of row material, we will test MFI, COLOUR, GRANULATE SHAPE/SIZE,TENSILE TEST ON INJECTION MOULDED BARS, DSC, IR and oven aging, etc.
As to pipe and fitting, we will test the following items according to
ISO/DIS 15874:
1.Appearance
2.Opacity
3.Dimension, wall thickness and tolerance
4.Mechanical characteristics(resistance to internal pressure)
5.Physical and chemical characteristics
Longitudinal recersion
Thermal stability by hydrostatic pressure testing (110℃,1.9MPa,8760h)
Impact resistance
MFI(compound, pipe and fitting)
6.Hygeian characteristics and Organoleptic:taste/odour
7.Internal pressure and Thermal cycling test for the joint assemblies
Test Equipment and Facilities
Name:Test of melt flow rate of row material
Description:In order ensure the high quality of dismy<sup>®</sup>-pipe system, the melt flow rate (MFR) of the Vestolen P 9421 raw material must be strictly tested before processing according to the requirements of DIN 8078. Furthermore, the raw material must be pre-colored.

Description:To ensure optimum long life performance of dismy<sup>®</sup>-pipe, straight and curved dismy<sup>®</sup>-pipes are subjected to extensive hydrostatic pressure testing at a variety of different pressures and temperatures.

Description:In order to ensure good impact resistance for dismy<sup>®</sup>-pipes, the impact resistance property of all dimensions of-pipes must be tested. In addition, the tensile property, oven aging, organolemptic and other properties must be tested regularly.
